Don`t usually use this branch of Medivet but when my dog became very unwell yesterday my usual branch couldn`t give me an appointment for over 24 hours. Being very concerned about how quick she had deteriorated & she is 12 years old I rang the Hinckley branch who gave me an appointment within 2 hours. Thankfully they did as she had an infection for which she was promptly treated & ( she was that bad we didn`t think we`d be bringing her home ) sent home with medication. Can`t thank the staff enough.

Always know my dogs are in safe hands, with their professional understanding and knowledge. Although very busy , they will always find time if there is an emergency appointment needed which I have appreciated recently . I would highly recommend the practice .

Fantastic service. I have a Semi-Feral Cat and the practice completely appreciated the difficulties involved in getting her there and even suggested we have a telephone consultation and photos which was amazing. Totally recommend.

All the staff are so committed and professional, I know my pet is in good hands. It's such a pity that you closed the Boyslade Road practice as parking is extremely difficult at your current premises.

We turned up at the wrong location with our very poorly dog. We were immediately prioritised and our dogs life was saved, being constantly updated as everything was happening. We cannot thank this practice enough.
