First visit to Medivet Hockley with our nervous 18 month Rhodesian Ridgeback. We were so impressed with vet Nick and nurse Emma. They took the time to sit on the floor with our RR until he felt comfortable with them, stroking him and talking to him. Nick was very knowledgeable of the breed, he was caring and patient as was Emma. We definitely made the right decision moving to Medivet, it was a very impressive first visit! Many thanks

I just want to say a massive thank you to Nik, Gina, Emma and the rest of the Medivets Hockley Team. My friend recommended the Hockley Medivets to me as Rosie my English Bull Terrier was poorly and she was getting worse. She is an absolute pickle by eating things she shouldn’t, so I knew it wasn’t going to be good. All I can say is I will be forever grateful to Nik and Gina. As soon as I brought Rosie back in on Wednesday, Nik and Gina took Rosie for X-rays, and then explained to me that she was going to need surgery, which was performed straight away. They were so kind and compassionate, and took such amazing care of Rosie. Thank you for saving her life. Hockley Medivets really has the most amazing team, I definitely will not be going to another vets. It is so reassuring to see how much you all genuinely love and care for the animals.

Very friendly vets who genuinely care about my dogs. What I especially appreciate is, that unlike other veterinary practices, the vets don’t chop and change every few months.

Wonderful veterinary practice with caring and knowledgeable staff in all roles. Nik is a dedicated vet who cares deeply about all his patients and is thorough with investigations and treatments. We would not go anywhere else.

Efficient, effective and professional service. Explained so I understood treatment and discussed my boys options. Sadly it was time to say goodbye and the whole process was done with care, consideration and heartfelt sympathy. I felt listened to and part of the decision making. Special thanks to Emma and Nick along with Patricia at Southend branch.
