Staff very welcoming & friendly, Viv Burtenshaw on reception, very efficient as always. Vet, Damien Valle Morales excellent communication, listening to me over my concerns for my elderly dog and giving me sound advice to follow up. All in all a very good experience today 8th July 2019

Our Carpathian Shepherd is distrustful of strangers but the vets at this practice put us all at ease.

Had an emergency with my dog, and have just moved to the area so we were not registered but they saw us straight away, were really helpful and all the team were friendly and reassuring. Great vets!

Friendly people, caring, good service and not overly expense. Offer good plan for pets injections etc. Very helpful when we took our dog in with an injured paw.

We've been using Thornbury Vets for about a year now, we registered as we have two kittens and have had various routine appointments during the first year. Each and every time we visit we are treated with professionalism and kindness - all the staff are absolutely wonderful and I feel that they really care about the animals coming into their practice.
