We've adopted a Cat which had a skin condition and never 💉 vaccinated..2 time's we saw a very very friendly vet - didn't catch his name, but his room is the 1st on the left - he's great with people & great with our cat..Today though - NOT SO GOOD - the male vet we normally see wasn't there so saw a woman - in the 2nd room down - I put the cat basket on the vet's table and said to the female vet - " I'll just put my Face-Mask on as 2 week's ago I had a cold" - well I was astonished at her reaction - she took 4 steps back & said " I can't be dealing with that right now".... I said "colds practically gone" - and she still kept a distance....look this is nearly 2024 & if she was panic-stricken & frightened- then put a Face-Mask on also.....if your gonna meet & greet paying customer's & your scared of them - then she should NOT BE DOING FACE - FACE contact - Medivet put a vet on whose NOT afraid of it's customer...Now not sure if I will be returning to this vet's- maybe if the Man-vet is on call......and there was no empathy towards my cat - the odd obligatory "aaah " came from her - but felt very very fake...so Medivet it may be "adios "......

£135 for a toe infection.. I was told that "medication is just really expensive" when I searched online I could have bought the exact same meds in higher quantities for pennies in comparison to what they charged me. £42 for the consultation alone and I was forgotten about. 3 people with pets seen before me who came in for appointments after mine. Phone never stops ringing and not neurodivergent friendly in any way. The vet as always was friendly and great with my pet, the only positive from the experience. Two extremely stressed dogs and an even more stressed me. Never again..

The cost of Veterinary care is extortionate clearly animal welfare comes second to Cash,Cash & more Cash Sod the animal if you can't afford it.

Having recently moved to the area, our cat and dog are now with this practice. Everybody we have dealt with at the practice has been extremely friendly and our animals like it too. Very easy dealing with the practice and great parking at the front of their building also.

My dog Tilly really enjoys her trips to the vet. The staff have always been so friendly and welcoming to her so she is always happy. Very grateful to all the staff at Medivet as it is a great relief to know she is so well cared for.

Good service but shockingly expensive since becoming Medivets. Will now look elsewhere.
