I visited the vet today because my fur babies needed there yearly check up. As soon as I entered the back room with my cats they looked at each other and started laughing hysterically. The vets were extremely professional especially the very large woman, they were so kind and caring towards my darling cat's. They could see I was nervous and so were my cat's. I'm so happy with the service I received today, I really can not fati them. I'd definitely recommend bringing your pets here. Thanks for the pleasant and stress-free experience

We have been customers for over a decade, bringing in the five cats we have lived with in that time. They have been consistently brilliant - responsive, helpful, attentive - they always listen and are keen to do the best for our pets. Plus the reception staff are friendly and very efficient.

My dog cut his paws and was bleeding badly- I had no appointment and Victoria took him straight away and gave him great care. Very lovely Vet. I will Come back. Thank you

I came here as they recommended me to see Victoria a while ago. I’m glad I did as she is an excellent vet. Always clearly communicating all my options In an easy way for me to understand. She has kept me updated on all the diagnostics and tests that we needed to do to treat my pet making it easier to processes it all. I really appreciate the warmth and empathy she gives even in the difficult moments and for keeping our little one alive with us for a bit longer. Thank you also to receptionist Shannon for being so kind and helpful with the claiming side of things.

Great place and very professional service. My cat usually is not a big fan of new people, however, he was in love with his vet. I would like to say a big thank you especially to the vet and as well to the whole team for your kindness and for taking care of the emotional and physical well-being of animals. Thank you!

Lovely people, just neutered my little boy. Very caring staff, informative. You can ask milion questions and they will always answers with smile.We got a little bag to take home and there was a little mouse toy for my cat, super sweet thought. Very happy that have chosen this place for my fury friend.

Victoria and Shannon have been have been absolutely great! Our dear cat suddenly became very ill. She was looked-after overnight for care & diagnosis. Upsettingly it was decided best she be put-down. During this decision Victoria was so sensitive and clear. We could not have found a better vet. Thank you !!!
