We had recently two cats of 8 months neutered and spayed. This clinic is amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, caring and serious about the animals. We were extremely lucky and blessed. Thank you for taking care of my babies.

We had a bit of medium grade urgency issue away from the home vet. We were able to be seen and solved efficiently and professionally without a financial penalty by a friendly team. Really glad that our friend recommended we go here.

I just love Medivet at Hyde Park. The staff are so lovely. Barnaby the Toy Poodle always gets so scared when we approach but as soon as he sees his vet he's as happy as anything.

I got my cats spayed here and after many complications they are still not okey because they got worms!, im not shocked because they literally dont clean or sanitize the patient room at ALL or put paper after every pet or anything , its a hazard and shouldn’t be allowed at all let alone from a premium vet.

После стрижки в этом салоне осталось одно разочарование.Собачке поранили кожу,ногти были так плохо подстрижены ,что была видна кровь,пришлось обрабатывать,чтобы не занести инфекцию.Плохой сервис.

Medivet is amazing. They always squeeze us in and have taken care of Chewie through a few urgent visits. Highly recommend them and I’ve been to many practices due to a few global moves

I was really happy with Hyde park branch when I had my first cat and registered him there,last year I wanted to get appointment and suddenly realised that they are closed!!! I didn’t even know why they were closed, no information provided no email nothing!!I sent email to Medivet group to get more info to no response, I was really disappointed and had to find another Vet :( very very disappointing, I’m writing this review now because I realised it was closed down for refurbishing my and reopened now. Even once they opened no one contacted me ! Very bad experience unfortunately

Brilliant vet. I had my cat Tiger spayed here through the Cat Protection league scheme. Alex the vet was very jolly and clearly experienced, totally happy to answer all the questions I had. The receptionist was an absolute sweetie too, very polite and friendly. I can't recommend this vet highly enough, first class
