I joined the team in 2016. I grew up in Ireland and graduated from Dublin vet school in 2005. I then completed an internship at Glasgow Vet School Hospital. I’ve worked at several different small animal practices across the country since then, but I can honestly say that the Medivet team is the best; everyone turns up with a smile on their face and genuinely care about the pets they look after. At home I have a long-suffering cat called Mabel and a quite disobedient dog called Fraggle.

I’ve been working at Medivet Impington since I graduated from vet school in 2012. I grew up in Yorkshire surrounded by animals and spent a lot of my free time milking dairy cows and helping on the farms. I moved to Cambridge for university where I met my husband and never left. I love seeing my patients and clients and being part of a fabulous team. At home we have a pet corn snake called Cecil who enjoys hanging out with us and watching TV in the evening.

I grew up locally then went onto secondary school in Australia and New Zealand for vet school. After graduation I moved back home and have been working as a small animal vet for the past four years in a combination of permanent and locum jobs. I’m very happy to be settled in at Impington now with a fantastic team. At home I have a four-year-old border collie called Tahuna who keeps me fit, she is named after a beach in New Zealand.

I’m originally from America and have been part of the team since December 2018. I started studying to become a vet nurse in September 2019 and previously worked in a zoo. I have five german shepherds; Hela, Thor, Athena, Hades, Zeus, and a boxer called Mollie.

I joined the team in July 2019 as a Patient Care Assistant and in about a year I will have the opportunity to enrol as a Student Veterinary Nurse. Before I joined Medivet I used to work in marketing. At home I have two dogs, a Labrador called Toby and a spaniel called Daisy. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and gaming.

I’ve been at the practice since February 2019. I’m currently in my last year of veterinary nursing and will hopefully be qualified by next summer. At home I have a lovely Japanese Akita dog called Oscar and a Persian cat called Bear. In my spare time I race motocross for various championships and national events.

I’ve been at the Impington practice now for about three years as both a Student Veterinary Nurse and a weekend receptionist. I’m about to embark on my final year of university hoping to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse next year. At my parents’ home I have Roxy the staffie, Pumpkin the cat and marble the goldfish. In my free time I play rugby for my university as a forward prop and travel when I can.

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in October 2018 having done my training here at Impington since 2015. I enjoyed the practice so much I have decided to stay as a registered vet nurse. I studied the FdSc in Veterinary Nursing and Applied Animal Behaviour at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. In my spare time I look after and ride my horse Missie.

I qualified as a veterinary nurse in August 2017 having done my training at Medivet St. Neots for four years. I joined the Impington team in October 2017 as a newly qualified nurse wanting a new challenge with a bigger team. I grew up on a farm in a local village getting involved with the family pets and livestock from a young age. At my family home I have a family dog called Archie and recently got my first dog with my partner, a welsh springer spaniel called Nigel. In my spare time I like to spend quality time with my family and friends.

I’ve been a receptionist here since October 2017 and have come from a primarily animal-based background. I’ve worked in a boarding cattery and re-homing centre prior to Medivet Impington. I also have a degree in Zoology and completed the ISFM Cat Friendly Receptionist course to enhance the quality of cat care at the practice. At home I have two cats called Ralph and Buttons. Buttons is very new to our home, so she’s just getting settled.

5 stars for the staff who go above and beyond to help. I recently brought our two kittens to their first appointment and to say they were a mess upon arrival is an understatement. They cleaned them up without hesitation. What an amazing caring service. Reception always friendly. No question is unanswered and they are very helpful. We’ve been with them for a while now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you team.

My pets and I always get a lovely welcome at the vet practice. My dogs love going there, they see it as a treat. We are treated as important customers, even though there must be hundreds of other customers each week! No query is viewed as unimportant, no question feels stupid. This veterinarian practice understands that good care of the owners is as important as good care of the animals. I always feel that I can trust the staff with the safety of my beloved pets. Thank you :-)

We took our beloved dog Molly to this vets as she wasn't well. Sadly she had to be put to sleep 💔💔 The staff were fantastic. I have never come accross such lovely, sympathetic people who treated Molly and us with respect and dignity. I can't praise them enough, they go above and beyond thier call of duty. Thank you so much for everything you have done to help us through this very distressing time. A highly recommended service.

Rita and I would like to thank all the staff at Hollyoaks (Medivet) for the love and care they have shown our little Anna over the last 13 years with all her issues, Sadly that all came to an end yesterday when her illness got the better of her and we had to let her go with the help of Becky and her colleague, A massive thankyou to all of you.

Top marks to the team at Impington, who looked after my Beagle with such dedication when she needed surgery. They are a friendly and caring team - truly genuine, offering so much kindness to your pet. A special thank you to Zoe, Sorcha and Jazz for going above and beyond for my precious hound. I have used Medivet since she was a puppy, and have always felt happy with the service, but never more so than this time. Thank you all so very much!

My dog Dave has made so much progress during his Nervous Nellies classes with Kelly. He is much calmer and more confident. The practice is a very welcoming place and now Dave just can’t wait to get through the door!
