This was my first experience with the Llandaff North practice. As a family we said goodbye to a much loved pet today and can’t speak highly enough of the care she and we were given. The vet (Dr Martins Bigares) was wonderful, so professional, he was kind and efficient. I had complete confidence in his ability to care for our loved pet in her last hours. He was empathic and thoughtful and really understood what we were going through. Thank you from whole family to all staff and especially Joao.

My appointment was a little late but that’s ok, it happens. My dog is a withdrawn trainee guide dog that I have adopted and I was advised he was anxious at the vets. This was my first appointment although I had taken him to just sit in the waiting room previously. The staff were very accommodating. The vet was very gentle with him but could see he was anxious. She offered to muzzle him which I didn’t want. So he had his boosters without too many dramas. She advised against administering kennel cough on this visit so as not to give him a negative first experience

I've put my cat in my parents' home for now. This vet has helped me and my cat a lot in the past year. My cat was spayed and neutered here.Astor has been very healthy and has only contracted conjunctivitis once and had a very small patch of shedding on his legs. The vet and other staff at this shop have been very friendly and patient, responding to emails promptly and providing me with all the paperwork I need. The vet is always busy. I always wanted the best for Astor. And I feel necessary to give them a favourable review.

Called in with my Dog the Vet listened to all my concerns and answered all questions asked. Medication given and following Vet advice.Very pleased .
