We have used All Creatures for about eighteen years and are always impressed with the outstanding service provided by Didier Matagne and the team. In the build up of having to make the difficult decision of putting our dog, Poppy, to sleep, Didier was very reassuring and helped put our minds at ease in knowing we were doing the right thing by her. Both he and the team were also very obliging in ensuring our last appointment was timed to enable us to travel to the cemetery immediately afterwards. Everyone within the veterinary clinic showed great compassion towards us during a very sad time and despite Covid restrictions, the team continued to go above and beyond in their profession, even in the days afterwards when we received a sympathy card and courtesy call. Thank you to Didier Matagne and the team. We would not hesitate to use All Creatures again.

Our little girl had to go in on her own, she was absolutely happy and willing to go in. Have recommended this vet and will do so again. We have been using All Creatures at Chelsfield for many years with numerous pets.
