My cat was hit by a car, and even tho we weren't registered as we had moved here recently, they gave me an emergency appointment. Vet and assistant both brilliant, assessed and gave medicine and even let us register with them. I was so happy with how they treated my cat and were more than happy to help in an emergency. I had called two Loughborough vets before and they had refused to see her as she wasn't registered. Thank you so much to medivets for being compassionate, professional and helpful. Me and Kiki are so thankful!!

Fab vets, never an issue to get us in quickly if the cat’s been in a fight again and has war wounds!

The staff were very friendly and professional and they managed to fit my cat in at very short notice to treat an abscess. Highly recommended.

Just got our cat microchipped and Laura did it effortlessly. Plus we was 30 mins early than the appointment time. Great vibes from this place and have registered the Loughborough Branch for all foreseeable appointments or check up's. keep up the good work!
