Everyone at Medivet is wonderful. Rachel and her team treat our pets as if they were their own. They were so kind and caring with our cat right up until the end of his life. He was happy to go to the vet and was never stressed when he was there. Now we take our dog along for regular visits and he’s happy going to see the Loughborough team too. The team here are lovely and really looked after me and my pet hamster. What was a sad scenario as it was time to say goodbye to my pet, the vet made it comfortable and as pleasant an experience as it could possibly be, circumstances considered. She was clear, calm and explained what would happen and checked I was okay with the steps about to go ahead and really made me feel at ease. Cannot fault her! Would highly recommend them, all members of staff are really caring, passionate and dedicated people who clearly care a huge amount their patients and clients! thank you!
