I can’t speak highly enough of Rachael, Sonja and the team. They literally have saved my German Shepherds life on several occasions, from Addisonian crisis to acute pancreatitis. The team have always been on hand whenever needed, in hours or out of hours before and during the pandemic. They are caring, considerate and very empathetic to both the animal and the owners’ feelings and situation, almost part of the family rather than a service provider.

As always, simply superb. From the beautiful Rosie, to supervet Rachel, this practice can do no wrong. Everyone feels like a friend and the animal care is the best my three have ever had. Love them all.

We have had our pets registered here for a few years and always have good service. Today we used the "out of hours" service as our kitten had a potentially serious accident. From our initial phone call to leaving with our kitten fully examined and medicated we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
