I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Jacky and the compassionate staff at Medivet. When I explained the urgent situation with my cat, the receptionists went above and beyond to arrange an immediate booking for him. Dr. Jacky not only provided us with various treatment options but also offered professional advice on a more affordable approach. His kindness extended even during his holiday, taking the time to reply to my inquiries. Despite the heartbreaking loss of my cat, I will always remember the exceptional care and support from Dr. Jacky and the team. Their kindness and unwavering professionalism are truly unparalleled. Our trip to Medivet wasamazing! The lady at the reception was really helpful and answered all our questions. She even gave us lots of advice. We received a link via email to register your puppy, and booking online was super easy. When we arrived, there was plenty of parking, and Medivet was very clean. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. We didn't have to wait long, and the vet consultant handled all our queries. They took great care of Clarke and explained everything to us. The payment plan they offered was brilliant and gives us peace of mind. It's so nice to hear that all of Clark's needs are being looked after. 🐶
