110% recommend. Couldn't fault the service we had this morning at the surgery in Ystradgynlais in very sad times when my beloved Millie was kindly put to sleep at the grand old age of 17. The Vet was so compassionate and sympathetic, reassured Millie and made her final moments so comforting, reassuring myself and explained everything in great detail x That in itself brings that bit of comfort at an horrendous time. x A big thanks goes out to the Lady vet with blonde hair (sorry I can't remember your name) and the receptionist x You both made a hard decision a little bit easier, Diolch xx

I brought my 3 month Labrador puppy Gwen to be registered and get her vaccinations and worming/flea treatments. All of the staff made me feel so at ease and that Gwen was in good hands. The receptionist registered us and made a big fuss of Gwen and had a chat to me whilst I waited to see the vet. This really made me feel at ease. When we went in to see the vet he made a huge fuss of Gwen and gave her a really good check over. She’d had an upset tummy and he advised me on how to deal with this. The veterinary nurse was also very good with Gwen and made a big fuss of her too. Overall I was made to feel at ease and that my dog’s welfare was important to everyone that works at the practice. I’ve never registered with a vet in aberdare and I’m so pleased that I chose this one! Thank you for a fantastic service and making this dog mamma feel like her baby is in professional and caring hands.

The care our dog received was fantastic. Nick (the surgeon) saved Popi’s life and the care and attention from Caitlyn in Ystradgynlais has been amazing. I am so grateful to Ash Vets and recommend them 100%.

In a word Brilliant, Been with Ash Vets for years now Medivet. Still the same People there plus some new Vets who I have seen and find them just as good as the original vets. They are all patient, caring, and efficient in every aspect. The nurses and reception staff are all the same and treat you like family. You can talk and have a laugh with everyone. You feel very welcomed.
