Been a customer for many years. Was exceptionally disappointed to be under quoted for tooth clean. £400 extra than advised. My trust has been shattered..we walked out. Shall not be going back hopefully 🙏.. we will find another vets.

Totally dissatisfied. No care for the wellbeing of my pet after failing to stop the bleeding, only making it worse and more concerned with clocking off on time and getting us out the door due to excessive bleeding, messing up reception after cleaning once before, upon our arrival. No medication prepared for take home as stated and told to go to out of hours vet for help after their failed atrempt and wanting to go home. No paperwork for possible handover etc...terrible service. Even when asking what I owe them and attempting to make payment for the failed attempt of treatment...I was told to exit the building and they'd rather sort something out next week. No care for my pet or payment. Just get out, go somewhere else we want to go home. So in my eyes.. after that terrible service. Payment was sorted there and then. Disgusted doesn't come close.

Looking for a vet? Honestly, go elsewhere. We’re extremely disappointed with the way Ash Vets/Medivet have treated us with a recent issue with our dog. We took our dog in, and were promised and reassured by those that saw us that everything will be sorted and all covered by our pet insurance. They were even sorting our claim for us (through Petplan). So we didn’t even to contact our insurer. Our dog was seen, had x-rays, and we followed their suggestion of a referral to a specialist vet - that we did. At this stage, we had to decide if we wanted to put our dog through a major operation or not - Whilst making this decision, out of the blue, we were then told by Ash Vets/Medivet that actually, the costs aren’t covered by the insurance. They weren’t interested in hearing our concerns, ignoring that fact they had promised our insurance covered the claim. We are now £1,200 out of pocket. We wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this vets practice. They are liars, mislead people and have no understanding of the impact such poor service has not only on pets, but on the families that are hoping for a professional service from them. Such poor service. Don’t trust them. Go elsewhere.

Stay well clear of these all they want is your money charges shocking prices and tries to charge you £60 odd when you leave them kept wanting to see my dog after she was better just for consultation charge’s different vet every time all spent most the time just looking on the computer because they didn’t even know why my dog was there
