We could not praise the staff at Medivet Morden enough. They are friendly, caring, welcoming, and so helpful. Because of some health conditions, our cat needs to visit the practice every 6 weeks for regular checks and treatment. From the moment we enter the practice to when we leave, everyone treats us with the utmost respect, attention and care. Our confidence that our "little one" is well looked after has only grown since we first took her to see Sarah. We know she is in good hands. To all of Medivet Morden's staff, but especially to Sarah, Emma and Claire, our very especial thanks for always being so friendly, caring and supportive. You are superstars!

I recently registered my puppy at Medivet Morden. He was a little nervous at first but the staff soon made him feel comfortable and at home. He cannot wait to pop in and see Claire, Mel or Onno the vet when we are walking past on our daily walk. They are very friendly, polite,caring and professional. He is now on the list for their new puppy socialising club when it starts and I know he will have a great time with a great bunch of staff. I would definitely recommend.

Great staff the receptionist Claire is very helpful very quick dealing with problems. I'm very caring with the animals as well and always goes above and beyond for the animals needs and clients too

It was my first time visiting Medivet Morden with my dog Duke and we had the most amazing welcome! The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Claire! And the vet seemed very knowledgeable, great experience all round! Thankyou!

We have used the services over several pets and many years (30+). Cannot recommend the team at Morden more highly. Have always felt my pets are in competent and safe hands. Sarah is an amazing vet with many years of experience. Emma has been part of the practice for years and we always enjoy a hug. Claire, Melinda and Rosie are always so kind and helpful and supportive. Thank You Medivet Morden - one and all. 100% recommend.

I took both my cats for their 6 month check up on your medical plan. They were seen straight away and were given a good bill of health. Staff were very helpful.

We took our 15yr Welsh Terrier to Medivet Morden on Wednesday 27th March. Unfortunately it was time for him to depart this mortal coil. Clare, the vet and receptionist were all excellent! Harry was treated with so much dignity and care. The involvement of Clare was absolutely astounding! Harry slipped away so quietly and peacefully. My daughter got a lot of support from Clare. This was honestly a wonderful positive experience for end of life. The rainbow room/concept is fantastic. As a family, we send our warmest thanks and appreciation. Thank you all for your care, professionalism and engagement as Harry took his final steps. Thank you all. Recommend the practice highly

Caring, compassionate and honest care from the minute you walk in the door. We were previously at The Vet Morden who made it feel like a money making expedition and since using medivet, we have never experienced this.
