😢 We had to say a heartbreaking goodbye to our best mate Charlie today. He was 18 yrs old and we loved him! We simply cannot find appropriate words to thank Josh Langlois (Veterinary Surgeon) enough! It's only now since returning home and reflecting back on the morning that we realise just how caring and professional Josh was. Showing empathy and care, and allowing us to take time to say goodbye and stay with Charlie through to the end. Treating Charlie with dignity and respect. An absolute credit to the profession and has sincerely restored my misplaced faith and trust in Vets! Thank you once again Josh and all the Team @ Mossley Hill. Tom, Jen & Steph Cunningham.

After being told by another practice that there was two week wait for xrays Josh and the team had my dog in and xrayed that day with a full treatment plan. I would highly recommend them for their can do attitude and professionalism. Friendly and efficient. What every dog owner wants and expects from their vet.

The staff and vets at the practice are very helpful. Always happy to see my dogs. They give valuable advice whenever I need it. The care and attention they give my dogs is fantastic! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks to Josh and his wonderful team, I have very healthy dogs!

The vets here are all very knowledgable, professional and kind. We have had two dogs under their care and we trust them implicitly. Every member of staff seems to have a real love of animals which is so nice to see.

This photo was taken on Monday, Harry on the left Dylan on the right. Harry’s heart condition worsened on Wednesday and he had a hard night. Saw Josh on Thursday; he was brilliant in a hard situation for us. We knew it was the endgame for Harry and did not want him to suffer. Josh and all the staff handled it so well. It was a quick and peaceful end to a lovely friend who was approaching 10. Cannot praise the Practice enough, Josh is so caring. Thank you. Update: we lost our older Cavalier, Dylan, just 6 weeks after Harry. Once again the care and compassion shown by the practice, Vet Neave, and Rachel & Clare was so supportive. Just got his ashes back and he is back with Harry. The little jar with their fur in and their paw prints is a lovely touch
