The team here is always lovely to us and our cats. It is relatively easy to get an appointment and we have never had any problems.

For our first visit with my partner and our pug cross, we left the practice pleased and grateful that we had moved from our previous vet. I'd like to thank Ms Nara Soenardi for being so friendly and informative. My dog is eight years old but still full of puppy energy, and she adored him and did not rush things like giving him his vaccination. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and quick to sign us up for the Medivet HC plan. 10/10 for the first visit!

My dog Rosie loves visiting the vets! So much so, I struggle to walk past without her wanting to drag me in there. She has had two dental operations in the last few years, and they have taken great care of her. Thank you to the lovely team for looking after Rosie.

Excellent vets! We had a very medically fragile cat and Karolina took great care to understand all his conditions and find him the best medicine and treatments. Very knowledgeable and responsive.

Medivet Muswell Hill is the best vet I have seen so far. My cat ate a long plastic strip today. I called as soon as I discovered and was offered an appointment within 40 minutes. I was actually told that I could go there straight away without waiting until the appointment time is due. Over the phone, Nara asked for some critical information such as when it happened, can I bring over whatever leftover of the plastic, etc. They prepare to do endoscopy for my cat if necessary and take my cat to the nearest emergency hospital to do so. When I arrived, Nara checked my cat immediately. I was not sure about my insurance policy and one young man there called my insurance provider to make sure, in the worst situation, everything would be covered. Then I was told that I could go home and wait there call. This was 11:30am in the morning. In the afternoon, just 10 minutes before 2pm, I got the call from Nara. The team was sooo amazing that they managed to make my cat vomit and took out the plastic...it not only saved a lot of costs for me but also it is the least invasive method. The team work very well together. They care about your loved little friends / family members. They take staged approach in order not over doing it. I deeply appreciate their professionalism. When anything like this happens, a good vet is the best you can have as it makes you feel you can trust and being helped. I did not get the names of the rest of the team but a big thank you to Medivet Muswell Hill! Highly recommended!

Extremely good and highly recommend it. We are normally seen by the vet Karolina and she is simply amazing. You can tell that she really likes her job and cares deeply about the wellbeing of the animals. It is very easy to communicate with her and she follows up on your pet's wellbeing to make sure things are progressing appropriately. The staff in general are lovely and it is not too difficult to get an appointment. They are also normally on time which is not always the case in other places.
