I wouldn't take my precious Doris anywhere else. I feel safe and confident with anything they need to do. Lovely staff very caring and attenuative.

I can't give it 5 stars because of the reasons below. I have always been a customer of this practice even before it changed names, I find it hit and miss with good visits and not so good visits, it's expensive for 1, but then name me a vets that isn't??, I once took my felines to get there bits removed and had to return with my female about half hour after collecting because they forgot to remove the cannula from her paw, ( how the hell this happened i dont know) when I rang to explain they left the cannula in, whoever answered the phone had a right attitude and tried to make out I was stupid.. this part is a warning to all, there out of hours vets is "VETS NOW" in Meir, now I have left my review on there site and it isnt pretty, but I beg you not to take you pet there but to take it to Nantwich 24/7 vet's they are out of this world... 1 change I like About medivet is that you can now book a appointment online instead of stressing the receptionist out, she has it hard in a morning bless her

If i could rate this establishment 0 stars i would. Nothing but absolute money grabbers. They act like they care about your pet when in reality they are counting the pound signs. I can not write what i actually want to. You discust me as a practise that should be putting animals first. Call yourselves animal lovers. You basically killed my cat with your negligence. Told me my cat had an infection for 9 months to move to another vets and them tell me within minutes she had aggressive cancer and had to be put to sleep there and then to end her suffering . What you have put my cat and myself through is sickening. Money money money. Several people i have spoken to have had problems with what you have done. You need closing down. I gave you my trust. Qualified vets can not detect a cancer for 9 months that was obvious from even google. Maybe i should be a vet. Hang your heads i wont let this drop. Delete this comment because you are cowards. I wont let this go. Several times i asked does my cat need to be put out of her misery no no no i was told and why? because you want MONEY. AVOID THIS VETS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Such a great cute little vets practice I really liked it the vet and reception staff are very lovely my puppy enjoyed even her injections

Lovely staff. Our dog is extremely anxious when visiting the vets but they always do everything they can to put her at ease.

Friendly and professional practice, great value instalment plans include flea and worm treatments, vaccinations and routine checkups complete with email reminders, making it easy and affordable to manage my two large dogs routine healthcare. They even have online booking for appointments! I’ve had to move around a lot for work, and these guys are one of the best vets I’ve used in terms of efficiency, service, and value for money. Highly recommended!
