Symptom Checker

If you’re not sure whether your pet needs to see a vet, our quick and easy Symptom Checker can help. Answer a few simple questions about the signs of illness your pet is displaying and the checker will advise whether a trip to the vet is necessary and how urgently that specialist care should be given.

I qualified as a vet in 2006 from the University of Wroclaw, Poland, before relocating to Oldham in 2008. I’m constantly building upon my knowledge and am currently studying towards a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Medicine. Outside of work, I have a Friesian horse and two German Shepherd dogs called Gotham and Ivy.

I joined the team in 2013 and I’m now the practice’s Head Registered Veterinary Nurse. I’m also the Clinical Coach for all our student nurses, helping them in their studies to become fully-fledged veterinary nurses. At home, I’m kept busy by my Pyrenean Mountain Dog, three cats, two geckos and a tortoise.

I have been a member of the Oldham Lees team since 2015 and I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2019. I’m a keen horse rider and I love to be out with my horse Jed (otherwise known as Jedi). I also have a rescue cat called Harley Quinn.

I first joined Oldham Lees in February 2014 to pursue my ambition of becoming a veterinary nurse. I am now proud to be a fully qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse. I’m a true cat lover, with four at home. This includes Summer, a kitten brought into practice as an injured stray that I fostered and rehabilitated after treatment. I fell in love with her and she’s been with me ever since.

I’m the longest-serving member of Oldham Lees, with an enjoyable 20 years under my belt. As a Client Care Supervisor, I relish getting to know all of our clients and their pets. I enjoy shopping and socialising, as well as going for weekends in my caravan. When I’m not travelling the UK, I love to sun myself on various cruises around the world.
