Very poor customer service. My dog was in the clinic for the arranged time to have his surgery and no nurse or VET to help with the check in. The receptionist was so rude when I requested a nurse to go through the surgery procedure I was in tears with the way that she treated me and she actually hates dogs. Despite attempted to kindly asked the other receptionist who arrived an hour later and again she was even more rude and disrespectful. Finally the VET arrived but I was so disappointed and worried about the well being of dog and so one other ex customer who just came to buy food suggested that I should go to Pickles another VET clinic in Fulham. She said that Pickles would be able to help me in a more respectful manner. I left with my pet and no explanation or apology....yes and expected bill would be £850. NOT ACCEPTABLE disgusting service.

Unreliable… They cancelled on me 40 minutes before my appointment for my pet who is traveling to Europe in 3 days and needs travel documents. Most of the time, I am okay with that veterinary practice, although they really like to add as many services as possible to rock up prices. I would suggest doing your research

I joined Molly & Max before Medivet took over, they were wonderful. Since Medivet took over i felt like my concerns for my pet were brushed off, they had a know it all attitude without even listening. Whenever i questioned all the medications they wanted to give him i felt slightly ridiculed for even asking. On one occasion, knowing my pet had separation anxiety, they left him unattended during ‘observation’ before a treatment which resulted in my dog giving himself a heamatoma. It does feel like other reviews state ‘a money making factory where they just help to mask symptoms and not treat the underlying issue, keeping you coming back over and over’ raking up major costs. Since leaving this vet and trying an independent vet clinic my dogs’ underlying issues has been identified and treated and now has not had any issues since. I do not recommend this practice.

A year on after our dog passed away from the advice of this Medivet. This felt like a factory, they pushed us to make a decision on surgery and showed us no sympathy when our dog was on his death bed. We feel our dog would still be alive had they not pushed us, this is a money making business don’t be fooled. They made us pay extortionate amounts upon his death. Don’t go here.

The doctor that attended our dog was dismissive and disrespectful of our worries. He made fun of us for being worried and didn’t even examined our dog properly, even though she has had an auto-immune disease in the past. We are very disappointed with this vet.

I was given wrong diagnosis for my cat - they did an excellent job even though I went their with no appointment- explained every single step - amazing and highly recommended

We found a worrying lump on our Yorkie, Dolly. Gabi, our vet took a sample of the lump, which unfortunately turned out to be a mast cell tumour (cancer). Gabi arranged for Dolly to have a CT scan to verify the location and the size of the mass. This was such a worrying time for our family, not knowing how unwell our little girl was. As soon as the results were back, Gabi was able to schedule a surgery date quickly in order to get the mass removed. Gabi discussed the complexity of the operation, including how painful this would be for her, but also explained the importance of getting it removed in order for her to have a good life and prognosis. Gabi and his INCREDIBLE team were able to remove the mass and we are so surprised with the progress Dolly has made since then. Gabi is super professional, straight to the point and a highly skilled Dr. I cannot sing his praises enough, rest assured Gabi will do everything in his power to do the upmost best for your pet. The nurses and receptionist Lynn are so lovely and down to earth. All of the staff treated Dolly with so much compassion and love. We will be forever in debt to those at Medivet Parsons Green. I took my pet here, in my opinion they are quick too run up bills and over exaggerate the treatment plan. They owe me money after over charging and will not reimburse me £200, the bill £1800… I find this not professional and dishonest, I will be using my credit card company to get my refund… I had a few friends this happened too, so I’m not the only one that had this issue… The past owners were amazing, now it is all about running up funds. Pickles vet are so much nicer….
