Brilliant care and most reasonable prices especially on medications as they do not appear to put profit onto the actual cost of the medicine which my existing vet does they are also happy to take in injured animals and look after them even when they know they are not going to be paid. A genuine caring group of vets and nurses as when my daughter has taken injured wildlife to our local vets in Feltham they have just turned her away but Youngs have taken them in and tried their best to help never go anywhere else highly recommend

I have 6 cats and 5 dogs all under the care of Anthony Young at the Ealing branch. I moved out of London 5 years ago and still take them to Ealing. All the staff are very courteous, friendly and will answer any questions you have. Mr Young is a fantastic vet and I wouldn't trust anybody else with them

I am visiting Ealing branch with my cats for more then 6 years and they always get excellent treatment! Staff are loving and supportive too! I must mention that I found a little kitten 3-4 weeks ago with broken leg which looked really bad but Mr Young operate on her and got her back on her feet!! I am very grateful! ❤️

All cats & dogs I've have had/ currently have, have been registered at the Hounslow branch. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful whilst providing the best level of care to all animals. Highly recommended Vet's to be registered with.

I've been bringing my pets to the Hounslow branch since I was a child living at home with my parents, I did my work placement here at age 14, and worked for many years there as a Saturday receptionist. It's such a wonderful practice and all the staff are fantastic. We've been in 3 times recently-once to bring our adopted rabbit Pumba in for a check up, once sadly to have my partner's lovely old dog Ollie put to sleep, and most recently our cat Banjo as he had an abcess on his head. Each time we have had brilliant treatment and advice. Thank you to all of the vets, nurses, and receptionists. I can't recommend the practice highly enough!

My family have been coming here ever since I can remember, the staff are so friendly, caring, respectful and helpful. They listen to you and I trust them completely with my fur baby!!

My dog sadly passed away today, when I called Youngs in Hounslow where my dog had been treated for many years now, I was presented with the same service I've had throughout. Everyone here is very caring and sympathetic, my dog even enjoyed his visits here. Thank you so much for your support over the years, and also thank you for your sympathy today on what has been an extremely upsetting time.

Just over 3 weeks ago we had to make the very difficult decision to have our cat Maverick put to sleep. We chose to have it done at home and Kristin was the veterinarian to whom I spoke and who arrived to attend to him. When Kristin and the young nurse (sorry I don't know her name) arrived, they were very gentle and patient. She administered the sedative without Maverick even realising, trimmed his leg for the anaesthetic and left us to say goodbye. Although heartbreaking, when the final injection was administered, it was like he just peacefully fell asleep. Both Kristin and the nurse were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for such a faultless final act. Kristin, I hope you get to read this, but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Maverick was a very precious soul.
