I’ve been with Medivet for 20 years since starting on reception at the Hendon practice; I have been a member of the Pinner team for 14 amazing years. I love all aspects of my job and I have a postgraduate certificate in Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging. I was also the official Blue Peter vet, an experience that I’ll never forget. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and hanging out with my friends, family and my pets: Piper the Mastiff, Lily the Sharpei mix and Bella the cat.

It was my childhood dream to become a vet and I eventually qualified in 2011. I have been a member of the Pinner team for the past three years. I’m particularly interested in veterinary medicine and getting to know our clients and their pets is the best part of my job. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and horse riding. I also enjoy caring for my cat, Flossie.

I have always loved animals from a young age, so a career as a veterinary nurse was perfect for me. I began working for Medivet in February 2015 and started on a permanent basis at Pinner shortly after. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in November 2018 and I’m currently working towards a certificate in Emergency Critical Care. My rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Roo, is our practice dog and I also own a cat called Doddie.

I started at Pinner in 2018, after spending three years gaining experience at several other practices. I have just started my training as a Student Veterinary Nurse, and I’m excited to eventually become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I also hope to expand my knowledge in the field of large animal nursing. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and socialising with my friends and family. I also love to spend time with my dog called Maisie and my cat, Kiwi.

I joined the Pinner practice in December 2018 after working between practices for eight months. I recently started my training at the Medivet Training College to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse and I hope to qualify within the next three years. I home I have a rescue dwarf hamster called Hamham.

I’m a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I was rescued by Medivet Watford three years ago before being adopted by my owner, Scout. I love nothing more than lying in my bed in the reception area and getting plenty of attention from both the team and our clients. I’m incredibly chilled out, so sleeping and eating are my favourite hobbies, as well as chewing my beloved toys.

Can not praise the clinic and staff enough. The care they gave our puppy (Harvey) and us when he was very sick was amazing and we are so grateful they were able to save his life. Every time we take him in they make such a fuss and go beyond just health care. He actually looks forward to his visits as we do!

Kookie the Greyhound had extensive dental work yesterday and, from what I gather, with the exception of the procedure itself, she rather enjoyed being spoilt! I was very impressed with their knowledge of Greyhounds and she was given tranexamic acid as a precaution against greyhound bleeding disorder. Everything took longer than anticipated but I was phoned to reassure me she was doing well and keep me updated. I cannot fault the care and attention she (and I!) received. Thank you so much!!
