I’ve been with Medivet for 20 years since starting on reception at the Hendon practice; I have been a member of the Pinner team for 14 amazing years. I love all aspects of my job and I have a postgraduate certificate in Surgery and Diagnostic Imaging. I was also the official Blue Peter vet, an experience that I’ll never forget. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and hanging out with my friends, family and my pets: Piper the Mastiff, Lily the Sharpei mix and Bella the cat.

It was my childhood dream to become a vet and I eventually qualified in 2011. I have been a member of the Pinner team for the past three years. I’m particularly interested in veterinary medicine and getting to know our clients and their pets is the best part of my job. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and horse riding. I also enjoy caring for my cat, Flossie.

I have always loved animals from a young age, so a career as a veterinary nurse was perfect for me. I began working for Medivet in February 2015 and started on a permanent basis at Pinner shortly after. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in November 2018 and I’m currently working towards a certificate in Emergency Critical Care. My rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Roo, is our practice dog and I also own a cat called Doddie.

I started at Pinner in 2018, after spending three years gaining experience at several other practices. I have just started my training as a Student Veterinary Nurse, and I’m excited to eventually become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I also hope to expand my knowledge in the field of large animal nursing. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and socialising with my friends and family. I also love to spend time with my dog called Maisie and my cat, Kiwi.

I’m a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I was rescued by Medivet Watford three years ago before being adopted by my owner, Scout. I love nothing more than lying in my bed in the reception area and getting plenty of attention from both the team and our clients. I’m incredibly chilled out, so sleeping and eating are my favourite hobbies, as well as chewing my beloved toys.

Yesterday when I left him there for ct scans and more exams for the very first time I knew deep inside that he was in good hands, felt peace leaving him there . He was my second time at the practice and I cannot thank them all enough for the love that they show towards me & my baby boy . Thank you all so much once again 💙

Today was such a sad day. We had to have our dog Sadie put to sleep two weeks off her 17th birthday. Reena & Co extended her quality of life by at least a year. Unfortunately, still thinking she was a puppy she ruptured her cruciat ligaments at the weekend enjoying a walk. My thanks go out to Reena, Magda, Leonie and all the staff at Medivet who took such good care of Sadie. This practice is exceptional. Thank you for being so understanding today in our saddest moment.

We have been attending Medivet Pinner for 15 + years. The service the team have provided our animals over the years has been amazing. Our GSD would not have lived our her Golden years happy & painkiller free if it wasn't for their consistent hard work. Jinx would get so excited on her way to the vets & would drag us through the door desperate to get in & have cuddles with some of her favourite humans! If ever we had to leave her in their care we never worried as she loved being there & often when we picked her up she didn't want to leave. in her last moments it was touching to see how the moment also effect Reena who had known Jinx since she was 8 weeks old. The moment was done with love & made a painful time much easier. We can never express how grateful we are to Reena & Scout for their kindness at the time. The practice loves large breed dogs which is so important when you own them as many places have already judged them before you walk in the door. They are also wonderful with my father who is profoundly deaf & has early onset Alzheimer's when he attends with his labrador I never have to worry as they always give him the time they need to be understood. The most wonderful place & even though we have moved 12 miles away we still take our dogs & cat there as they treat animals with the respect & love as if they are their own (even if our cat does not return the love!).

The dogs get excellent care and so do the owners! Thank you for looking after my puppy so well yesterday when she was neutered. Thank you for constant updates through the day and careful discharge. She walked in and out again wagging her tail. What an amazing difference using keyhole surgery. She seems fully recovered already.
