A very good experience, staff friendly and on time. They do a pet care plan which is good and only vets that do that in my area.

Too expensive and felt like consultation was rushed cost me a lot for a five minute chat without the Vet proper examining my cat.

Had an appointment yesterday. the receptionist was most helpful. Unfortunately the Vet a lady Alexandra Palcheva was so rude and way above herself. I am 81 and deaf so struggled to hear what she said. every time i asked a question explaining i was struggling to hear she would take an obvious deep breath and say again. I never really understood much. so was a waste of time. She needs to go on a People skills course. Check whose on duty before you turn up. That is a problem here as they appear to use some sort of agency for staff so anyone could turn up so no continuity of service. Shame used to be great. Terry Armitage
