Michal has been our Lead Veterinary Surgeon at Rayleigh since 2021. He graduated in 2012 at the University of Life Science in Lublin in Poland. Last year (2023) he completed his certificate of Emergency Medicine and Surgery. Outside of work, Michal spends the majority of his time with his family. Michal enjoys cooking, baking and DIY.

Amy has been a Veterinary Nurse for over 10 years and has been Head Veterinary Nurse at Rayleigh since 2018. Amy enjoys emergency and critical care cases as it challenges her skills and finds the hard graft rewarding when the patients go home fully recovered. She also enjoys using her experience and knowledge to train new nurses and students. Amy has a naughty rescue terrier called Ted that keeps her on her toes!

I worked for the PDSA for 10 years as a receptionist then progressed onto qualifying and working as a veterinary care assistant. I'm interested in animal welfare and education. I try to raise awareness and money for whippet and lurcher rescues. At home I have a whippet called Count Basie. In my spare time I enjoy camping, walking and visiting places of historical interest. I also love cooking and entertaining friends and family, travelling and paddle boarding.
