Excellent customer servce from the receptionist/nurse and very professionaal interaction with the vet. Eased our concern over our dog's condition and the medication provided is already having good effect.

I would like to recommend Medivet Ripon, they have been amazing with my highly anxious dog Rocky, have welcomed us each week for Socialization sessions to get him to feel comfortable.After our second visit he was happy and trusted them. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism, care and patience with my dog. He is very anxious around strangers.

I have been a customer at Skeldale vets for years now and I am so impressed with their care for my dogs. The vets, nurses and receptionist are always so polite and helpful. They genuinely want what’s best for my animals. When they decided to open up a surgery in ripon it was great because we live near fountains abbey so it’s a lot handier than driving through to Thirsk. I would highly recommend Medivet in ripon. A great practice

The vet we saw was very informative and, kind. I felt like I had an option with what we should do to help my dog (I understand sometimes there isn't another option), but I felt like I wasn't pressured into buying additonal things that wouldn't actually make much difference at all to my dogs recovery. I felt the vet was very understanding of my dogs needs, there was a scared dog in the back making a bit of noise, but she kept a calm positive tone which helped calm my dog when we needed him to be calm. Just great customer service! Thanks very much, Holly and Toby the pug :)
