I graduated from the RVC in 2010 and started my career with Medivet as a floating vet in North London. After leaving I worked at Medivet Yateley where I started my journey into laparoscopic surgery. I completed a GpCert in endoscopy and endosurgery in 2016. For the past few years I've been working in a busy small animal hospital in Windsor, furthering my surgical skills and working on my PgC in small animal surgery. I hope to continue to broaden my orthopaedic skills.

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College and joined Medivet in 2017. I started my career with them in Nottingham before relocating with the company to London in 2019. I am currently studying for a PgCert in Veterinary Business Management with the University of Liverpool which keeps me busy when I am not at work. In my spare time I am an avid runner and enjoy playing netball competitively. Whenever I get the chance, I love to travel around the world and socialise with my amazing family and friends. I was recently lucky enough to do some charity work as a Vet in Thailand looking after elephants - a truly unforgettable experience!

I qualified from the University of Pretoria, in sunny South Africa, in 2015. I spent my first 3 years as a small animal vet in Cape Town working for the Government and in Private practice. I thoroughly enjoyed working close to the beach and in underprivileged communities where I assisted in sterilisation drives and basic animal health care. I moved to London in 2019 where I started my career with Medivet in the Sutton and Wimbledon branches. I joined the Roehampton team at the end of 2021. Currently I am studying a PgCert in small animal Ophthalmology and enjoy ultrasonography and surgery. I am passionate about travel and hiking with my two dogs, Pebble and Shiva, who have come all the way from South Africa with me. Music, art and dancing are some of my favourite hobbies.

I moved to the UK from Portugal in 2016 to pursue veterinary nursing, having first done some shelter volunteer work in Thailand where I found my passion. I've worked at Roehampton vets since 2018, having started as an assistant and am currently attending college hoping to qualify as a nurse in 2022. I have a special interest in feline nursing and implementing cat-friendly care. In Portugal I have a chunky black and white cat called Sirius who I visit often and try to facetime. I also have a very friendly overexcited staffie called Pepe here in London who doesn't realise how big he is.

I've been a veterinary nurse for more than 20 years. I joined the Roehampton team in 2010 and have subsequently gained a lot of experience in orthopaedic surgical nursing. I've active in charity work; having worked for three years at an animal rehabilitation centre in Thailand, which I visit and volunteer for every year in my holidays. I also have experience with wildlife, I volunteered in Borneo at an orangutan rehabilitation centre and worked with crocodiles and sun bears. At home I have two rescue bearded dragons, Miss Piggy and Kermit. I also have five cats, one of which I rescued and adopted at only 10 days old, called Pork Pie.

I was brought up between Sweden and Finland and my life has always centred around my love for animals. Working in a stables from a young age, my passion of caring for all creatures, great and small has led me to Medivet Roehampton. I strive to give our patients the best possible stay, no matter how long, so the pets will always feel calm, happy, and in the best hands. To me my job is my hobby and my passion. I'm working toward my goal of becoming a Veterinary Nurse to further my career in caring for our lovely animal friends. I am also the proud owner of the most beautiful cocker spaniel cross labrador.

My passion for working with animals began when I was handed a 'My First Animal Encyclopedia' at 4 years old. From there I started volunteering at a local smallholding at 10, where I discovered my love for clinical work when I delivered my first lamb. I got my first job at a vet practice at 16 in my home town before moving to London in 2018 to study Bioveterinary Sciences at the RVC. Having recently graduated, I have come to Roehampton to gain experience and hopefully go on to study Veterinary Medicine. I’m passionate about keeping animals happy and calm before they see the vet, and can often be found in front of the desk getting cuddles and giving a few treats! In my spare time I enjoy trying new food, sailing, running, and can often be found curled up around a good book.

Year ago they saved my cat's life, after he was misdiagnosed at the previous practice. The dental surgery he underwent was pretty complicated, however Paul did it so well that there were no complications, and Sausage the cat was running like a kitten only a couple days after! Also they gave us tips about the diet (especially the lovely nurse, but can't remember the name...sorry!), so year after he is no longer a fatty ball, but lovely fit gentleman stealing my sandwiches from the kitchen table! Thank you so much Guys - thanks to you my cat is in his best shape ever! :)
