I graduated from the RVC in 2010 and started my career with Medivet as a floating vet in North London. After leaving I worked at Medivet Yateley where I started my journey into laparoscopic surgery. I completed a GpCert in endoscopy and endosurgery in 2016. For the past few years I've been working in a busy small animal hospital in Windsor, furthering my surgical skills and working on my PgC in small animal surgery. I hope to continue to broaden my orthopaedic skills.

I qualified from the University of Pretoria, in sunny South Africa, in 2015. I spent my first 3 years as a small animal vet in Cape Town working for the Government and in Private practice. I thoroughly enjoyed working close to the beach and in underprivileged communities where I assisted in sterilisation drives and basic animal health care. I moved to London in 2019 where I started my career with Medivet in the Sutton and Wimbledon branches. I joined the Roehampton team at the end of 2021. Currently I am studying a PgCert in small animal Ophthalmology and enjoy ultrasonography and surgery. I am passionate about travel and hiking with my two dogs, Pebble and Shiva, who have come all the way from South Africa with me. Music, art and dancing are some of my favourite hobbies.

Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia I moved to the UK to pursue my veterinary education and graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022. Having grown up in a busy city I was particularly drawn to London by its profoundly diverse and eclectic energy. As a new addition to the Roehampton team, I feel lucky to have support from a group of incredibly capable colleagues as they help me navigate the profession as a new graduate. As a student at university I developed a particular interest in Small Animal Cardiology and have helped contribute to research clinics looking into the pathophysiology of Myxomatous Mitral Valve disease in dogs. I hope to one day further my studies in this area, but at the moment am content with getting the hang of general practice. In my free time one would find me either in the kitchen cooking up a storm or exploring one of London's many food markets and culinary gems.

I've been a veterinary nurse for more than 20 years. I joined the Roehampton team in 2010 and have subsequently gained a lot of experience in orthopaedic surgical nursing. I've active in charity work; having worked for three years at an animal rehabilitation centre in Thailand, which I visit and volunteer for every year in my holidays. I also have experience with wildlife, I volunteered in Borneo at an orangutan rehabilitation centre and worked with crocodiles and sun bears. At home I have two rescue bearded dragons, Miss Piggy and Kermit. I also have five cats, one of which I rescued and adopted at only 10 days old, called Pork Pie.

I was brought up between Sweden and Finland and my life has always centred around my love for animals. Working in a stables from a young age, my passion of caring for all creatures, great and small has led me to Medivet Roehampton. I strive to give our patients the best possible stay, no matter how long, so the pets will always feel calm, happy, and in the best hands. To me my job is my hobby and my passion. I'm working toward my goal of becoming a Veterinary Nurse to further my career in caring for our lovely animal friends. I am also the proud owner of the most beautiful cocker spaniel cross labrador.

Having been raised in the Philippines with my grandma until I was 4 years old, I was taught from a young age how to care for animals and have always treated them as a family member. This created a deep seated passion for caring for animals and ensuring their wellbeing. After I moved to England, I continued that passion for animals continued with constant trips to the Natural History Museum, London Zoo and after obtaining as many animal books as possible. As I reached 16, I urged my parents to get a puppy as I knew I was responsible enough to look after another living being. We now have 3 dogs, 1 cat and 2 tanks of fishes at home.

I joined the practice in September this year after taking a year out in Cape Town, where I was working as a professional freelance photographer. As an avid wildlife lover, I was also fortunate to spend time visiting some of the exceptional game farms in South Africa, meeting two gorgeous baby rhinos being a special highlight. Before returning to the UK, I also visited Bermuda where I had the opportunity to swim with dolphins in the ocean at the Bermuda Dolphin Conservation Quest Centre, a magical experience and enlightening to learn more about the fascinating marine work they do to study and protect the species. I used to share my life with my adorable Border Terrier and two magnificent cats, however, working for Medivet has provided the much-needed fix of cuddles and interaction with all the wonderful pets in the reception waiting area, until I find the right moment to adopt a new family member! I'm also a qualified Personal Trainer, and have been teaching exercise classes since my early 20's, during which time I worked as an Area Manager for Holmes Place Health Clubs. I also have a passion for Argentine Tango and travelling to Italy.

Great Practice. Vets and staff showed such love, concern and care for my little cat Aggie. She is doing so much better now after working for a month together to find a cure for her ailments. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t go back. They completely messed up my husky’s euthanasia. The first nurse was putting the first and second shot directly into her leg and not her vein and my poor girl was screaming for a few minutes. We then had to get a more senior nurse to do it and my girl passed quickly and peacefully. It’s been a while since she passed but this still haunts us to this day and this was not the last memory we wanted to have of her.

Very poor customer service, I wanted it to be my local vet but it will not happen. Always been told to keep away from Medivet but today proved the point.
