I had to have my beautiful 16 year old springer euthanised last week and I have to say the hardest day was made so much easier the treatment and respect given the way they gave me and my dog our time I will never forget.. Thankypu

Great practise. Appointment within 3 hours. Really friendly staff. All my concerns addressed and not made to feel silly about anything. Feed raw to my dog and had no judgement

Awesome care from a great team. Always quick at getting my animals seen and sorted… had neutering with these guys and also needed out of hours service once. Each time has been a great experience for me and for the pets. Aftercare was brilliant too, staff always friendly and ready to help

Friendly professional staff always available to help and give advice. My dog use to be afraid of vets but she wags her tail now when she sees her favourite practitioner. I would highly recommend Rainsbrook vets.

Regardless to how busy the surgery is the staff will always make time for my pet. They are very caring and supportive and create treatment plans exclusively for my pet while supporting the owners in their concerns. My dog is getting old and has a heart condition, I am comforted in knowing that her final hours will be with her favourite vet practitioner.

I found the staff to be very helpful. Handing over my pet during the current circumstances was easy and the vet listened to my babbling on about my pets condition! The hand-back was again professional and the instructions on medication very thorough with any questions answered.
