Nicolas and the team at pet care are by far the best vets around. Today we said our final goodbye to our little boy. The surgery were under a lot of pressure due to having a vet off because ofCovid. I phoned a 8:30 in the morning and was seen the same day, unfortunately for us is was a very sad day, however the vets were fantastic as they have always been. When we arrive we were greeted in the car park by Heather who explained they were running behind because of being down to one vet. We were just happy they could see us on the day. The vet we saw was really nice and very knowledgeable, although she was trying to do the work of 2 or 3 vets she did not rush us and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our special boy. Thanks you everything.

Excellent lady vet. Really gentle and caring. Puts the animals at ease. She has dealt with my cat and dog giving good advice in the pet's best interests.
