The vet was kind and thoughtful. He understood that we are first-time pet owners and reassured me of what he would be doing because Covid-19 prevented me from being in the practice. He also explained exactly what he did and what he needed to do going forward and advised me of exactly what to do to care for my dog following the vaccinations.

The service Theo has provided since changing to your practise has been second to none. Theo is kind, caring and mindful of our dogs needs. It's extremely rare to find a practise that cares more about the animals needs and welfare rather than how much they can make out of a client. Jackie has also seen our dog and again we found him to be of the same calibre as Theo. Well done Medivet, keep up the good work.

I always find that the welcome from Sally for both my pets and myself is exceptional. She is always so friendly and interested. Theo and Mai care for my pets as if they were their own and I couldn't ask for a better service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Practices at both Biggleswade and Sandy have consistently provided first class care to my dogs, one of which has been extremely poorly. Dr Theo Bredell in particular has demonstrated his considerable knowledge in helping restore my dogs mobility in what has been a long and complex event. Not only have the whole team demonstrated care to my dog but also understand and are considerate to my emotions and anxieties. Without hesitation I would recommend them to any pet owner as a team that consistently go over and above.
