I have been working within veterinary and with Medivet since 2017. I started as a CCA on reception and realised I had a passion for animals and became a PCA. Soon after this I was offered the opportunity to begin training as a Student Veterinary nurse. I qualified in December 2022 and became registered in January 2023. At home I have a 6 year old Staffy called Paddy who loves a walk in the woods and cheese!

Outstanding service and care continually. Every moment I’ve needed help, assistance or even advice someone has been there even when it’s last minute no questions asked. We have used brigg, Scunthorpe and swanland a lot recently and can not take my hat off to all the team here. Keep up the extremely good work and Thankyou so much for everything you have done

Great, from walking in and my dog pushing the treat tub to the receptionist, who fed him some. To the bill! I expected it to be alot more than it was. My dog is the 4th dog in 30 years to be treated by Ashcofts. Now Medivet. Always fair and nove to my pets. Many thanks

Recently my hamster started to bleed from her bladder so I’ve booked an appointment with a vet called „Marco”. All he did was visually check the bleeding and weigh her without any further tests. He told me „it might be a urinary infection, otherwise it’s something else that she will need to get surgery for”. He also told me that it’s not life threatening and gave me antibiotics. Couple days later she unfortunately started to bleed more, coughing during the night and shaking while walking. I could tell she’s in a very bad shape. When I called them they told me that they have no idea, and that they aren’t a vet that specializes in hamsters. The vet literally just guessed what’s wrong with my hamster without doing any further tests. They could’ve told me right away before I even came to her that they don’t treat hamsters and that they have no idea what they’re doing instead of just taking my money and letting my animal die. Stay away from these people if you want your animal to live. They gave me a false diagnosis and she could’ve been saved but unfortunately my pet hamster died at just over 1 years old. The day before she died she was full of energy and digging tunnels in her bedding. The next day she was in pain. Thanks a lot Medivet and Marco.
