We go to this vets with our two Dachshunds and our previous dog Stella before she died, purely because of the love and compassion that the vet Sandra K has given our pets and us. Great practice who provide our cat Ollie with a high standard of care. All staff are friendly and professional and are all very helpful. Despite being a busy practice, appointments never feel rushed and they're always happy to fit you in in an emergency. I'd highly recommend coming here.

Excellent service, can always get appointments quickly. It’s nice to see a team that actually care! Sandra and Becky always go above and beyond, I have been with the practice for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL Unprofessional, payed for a health plan which was WAY INADEQUATE and not value for money, made my dog I'll after giving her worming tablets, now they want me to pay £170 to cancel. Il go to court before I pay anything. They will owe me! AVOID They actually got a recover agency to recover money (£130) from me that I didn't owe !!! I had to pay for the whole year of an ABSOLUTE AMATURE service . I paid it and just was glad to have nothing to do with these COWBOYS/GIRLS AGAIN !!!

The vets and reception staff are always really friendly and they make such a fuss of our cats (who are a bit scared but like the attention really!) Very happy with the care we get here.

I can’t thank Sandra one of the vets there enough. She is very professional at her job and is very caring and considerate. I will not go anywhere else with my pets. I just hope she stays at this vet. What an amazing vet!! 👍😊👍😊👍😋😊👍👍😊

Practice was able to see me very quickly after my dog developed a severe limp, and follow up was also really quick and efficient. As with most healthcare services the appointment times were running a bit behind, but no more than 10/15 minutes. Great care, Sandra was lovely with my nervous dog. Parking available on site and street parking as well. Would definitely recommend.
