I totally recommend, the staff is 100% helpful, friendly and they provided the help that my dog needed, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, they care as well about the dog owner( in me case dog) , and they are taking serious responsibility to get the right diagnosis followed by the right treatment and check up, all staff was so helpful and friendly, Thank you Medivet South Ockendon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Toto

Karen the receptionist (who wears glasses) is brilliant, I meal all receptionists are great but the love & affection you receive from some are just brilliant! George the vet is so reliable, friendly and knows exactly that he’s talking about!

Saw my sick cat quickly and arranged immediate care. Vet George and receptionists/assisttants Karen and Jolene could not have been kinder or more helpful. I was kept frequently updated throughout the 2 days she was in their care. They also helped me sort out my insurance claim speedily and efficiently. Excellent care.

Our beloved dog Poppy died in her sleep on Friday morning. We were devastated, we still are but we rang Medivets in South Ockendon and they were so kind, they told us to bring Poppy in, we could take her in through the back. When we arrived, they were so kind, the lady on Reception gave me and my husband a well needed hug. It was an awful, awful situation which they made somewhat easier to deal with. Thank you so much. Your kindness will always be remembered.

Everyone in here is lovely, so kind and loving to your pets! I had two kittens one of which was ill and even though they were fully booked they were able to fit me in even though I was not registered with them and have been absolutely amazing! The kittens have just had surgery and they have been so helpful with everything and taken really good care of them both
