Similar to the other recent review, I was shocked at the level of price-gouging from Medivet. We were charged £47.41 for *one* spot-on Bravecto flea treatment for cats, which can be purchased from multiple sources online for £15-20. As this was my first visit, I naively assumed that Medivet would charge fairly & ethically, and thus did not ask about the price when the treatment was offered by the vet. The price was not stated upfront when the treatment was offered, and I only saw this after asking for an invoice (which was only sent & received after I had left the clinic). I would not have opted for the treatment had the price been communicated clearly beforehand. That said, the vet we saw was great and personable.

My experience with Medi vet Putney was absolutely amazing. My precious staffy Kiki was really unwell after a very traumatic experience. The team are extremely professional empathetic and informative and my dog has responded to treatment faster than I could have imagined. Just blown over and so glad I chose MediVet to take care of Kiki. ❤️🐕❤️

We discovered we were paying 180% more for a regular treatment for our vet compared to another local vet. Please make sure you shop around for pricing at other vets. We were so shocked at the price gouging. I understand a mark up on the costs but it's insane that our new vet is 180% cheaper for the exact same drug. I liked the people at this vet but they knew we were paying out of pocket and we feel so betrayed.

I wish I had known about Southfields in the first instance. Our beloved frenchie is currently recieving palliative care and I wish to thank the brilliant staff from Chloe in help desk to Dr Beth. Your empathy professionalism and love is felt the minute you enter. We are broken hearted as our doggie is not well but with the kind of dedication you show it has made an amazing difference. Your kindness and humanity will stay with us .

Medivet are wonderful, their staff are so lovely and truly care for the animals they treat. The vets are extremely patient and gentle and offers lots of guidance and advice on caring for our pets. Thank you so much!

I registered my pup with Medivet Southfield the day I got him and since day one we have been their clients. I can’t recommend this vet practice enough - the staff is always so welcoming, attentive and caring. It’s been over two years now and my pup literally drags me to see his vets whenever we need to come for a visit, he absolutely loves them.

Unfortunately my pet fell ill in the evening and I was able to get an emergency appointment the next morning and my pet was able to start treatment immediately. This eased my worry and anxiety enormously!
