Made the whole experience enjoyable, informative and was very fast. They showed genuine care for my animals that I haven’t experienced before. I plan to move my two cats over as soon as this virus goes.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I saw vet Rachel with my bunnies Poppy and Teddy and she really knows her bunny stuff, and I felt my bunnies were absolutely in the right hands. She explained everything she was doing as she did it, and advice given made total sense and was clearly motivated by care for my bunnies' health.
