Have really lovely welcome from the girls and of course Dean the vet ... my boys are seen every 6 months for check ups and monthly to be weighed and reg meds .... they never get stressed and are always made to feel at ease there.... thank you Trent Vale MediVets

My dog has recently had a small operation, staff are calm, very efficient and friendly. I am never made to feel like I’m a nuisance and feel very comfortable asking the nurses advice. I like the fact that the reception is managed by nurses who are involved in the clinical practice

Brilliant!!! took Velvet for dental treatment they went that extra mile , reassuring me with the Aesthetic Velvet had . They were vigilant , took it upon themselves to cut her claws and groomed her coat . They were happy to discuss pet insurance also processed the claim for me. I would happily recommend their services they are extremely professional with a friendly attitude towards the Veterinary profession 😻🐾🐾

Everyone was excellent, receptionists were welcoming and easy to talk to. The vet himself was fantastic, explained everything as clear as possible and was extremely reassuring! Very happy to have found a vet we can bring all our pets too!
