Had a really good experience here after avoiding this vet for years whilst under previous owners. They went out of their way to help and keep the costs down which was so appreciated. Great advice too and really cared.

Medivets Streatham! Caroline is so lovely and caring! She shows how much she loves animals and she’s such a lovely vet! Always helpful and always friendly! Reception staff are awesome also!

Very bad experience since this chain took over. My cat been always seen for a flea prescription and issued a year supply. Last time I got only a couple of months worth-knowing that they still owe me 6 months my husband called to order the rest. When we haven't heard any news and enquired- they said that the law has changed from October and cat needs to be seen. We explained that cat has been seen as usual- they advised that will send (never received)a link explaining ,,new law'' as they are obviously do not understand it and can't explain it to regular customers what's the difference? They simply don't care to provide any updates or even notify. Poor service. Lacking of empathy. No individual circumstances taken into consideration. Sad.

Have been coming here years and they are always on the job when needed. Appreciate all they do for me and my pets.
