  • Your vet in Sutton on Hull

Chestnut House Veterinary Centre is a small animal practice and was opened by Mr Arthur J Loddo BVSc (Hons) MRCVS on the 2nd December 1991 in the village of Sutton. The practice moved to its present location of Sutton Grange in February 1999. This practice is a thoroughly modern practice with good old fashioned values. The safety, health and wellbeing of both patients and clients is our main priority. We have had the same staff for the last fifteen years so there is a definite family feel about the clinic and everyone is pleased to see familiar friendly faces when they visit.

Mr Loddo has spent most of his working life in Yorkshire getting his first job in Bridlington as a large animal vet and moved to Hull in 1988 in order to specialise in companion animals. He is a member of the British Small Animal Veterinary Association and the ISFM (International Cat Care for Vets).

Mr Loddo has built up the practice around the central themes of compassion and ethical treatments. He is passionate about providing the best medicine and surgery for his patients whilst providing sympathy and understanding for his clients.
