The staff were very caring and gave us lots of helpful advice on caring for our new puppy. They told us about pet insurance which was great and provided a very friendly service. They also provided great care for our older dog last week who had been poorly. Thanks for a great service.

I've been to a few vets around Colchester and the surrounding area and this by far was the best for small mammals. At the time of writing they have a specialist in who provides incredible, knowledgeable and without judgement service to ensure that you get the right care for your pet. Definitely recommend. Staff are very friendly, and felt like they really cared about my pet.

Our somewhat nervous cat was seen by Claire and she was wonderful with him: calm and professional. Claire took the time to allow Byron to settle into the environment before giving him a health check and inoculation. I had a query regarding Byron's records which Claire looked into for me and called me back with a resolution later the same day.

I have seen Laura, Jodie and Michelle at this vets with my guinea pigs. All have been so helpful and even if they haven’t known the answer they have sought advice from exotic vets to answer our questions. Further more the end of life care I’ve had from these ladies over the last three years (3 guineas) has been so caring and supportive. I cannot fault them. Today I have spoken to Michelle about options regarding castration and she spent a good amount of her time to explain it all and make sure I was informed with no charge to myself. Thank you Medivet , I trust in you x

Had a refit which makes it seem more friendly and ligh and airy well done staff are friendly and have time for you not rushed the vet had concerns over matter and said she would have conversation with colleague and he would ring me and guess what he did well done the practice
