Zophia Jones

Practice Manager

Zophia spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. Keeping everything running smoothly is more than a full time job, and on top of this Zophia is always looking for ways in which we can exceed our clients' expectations. Most of Zophia's time is spent behind the scenes supporting our team, and complements the veterinary staff. She particularly likes the diversity and challenges that occur daily, and helping owners and their companions. Outside of work Zophia is just as busy with her three boys, two dogs and cat. Unsurprisingly, the animals are easier to deal with.

Poppy was diagnosed with cancer in January. Due to her breed, and age, surgery would have been high risk so we decided on palliative treatment to keep her comfortable as long as possible. The staff were brilliant, from reception ladies to the vets, especially Gareth and Alex. Poppy received the best treatment. I can’t thank Alex enough for his compassion and treatment of Poppy on the day she crossed rainbow bridge. Although I have lost my baby girl, I look at the experience on a whole positively. We opted for a personal Cremation and return of her ashes, we even received paw prints and some of her hair. I can’t thank Medivet enough, you have treated my baby throughout with love and compassion. Thank you

These guys legit have went above and beyond for my baby girl, despite an incredibly difficult and complicated surgery, and a very worried and upset daddy… these guys were super reassuring sensitive and just lovely. And I know my little princess had a big effect on the reception staff especially! Beau thanks you from the bottom of her woof and me from the bottom of my heart. I will be forever grateful ❤️

Thank you to everyone at medivet for providing the care and dignity to Checkers in his passing. I will never forget how much thought you put into bringing my furbaby’s ashes back to me. Even though my heart is breaking and I am grieving his loss, you have given me happiness and light in such a difficult time. Thank you ☺️

Very good service. The Vet completed a pet travel document for my two beagles. No drama, all done in a few days. It cost a fortune but that's a brexit thing not Medivet.

Fantastic service everytime. The nurses are fantastic with my nervous dog, and have also seen a few different vets here which have all been great! They take time to listen and make you and your dog feel at ease about any concerns. They got us in last minute before closing as well which was excellent couldn’t fault them!

Booked my Dog to be spayed months in advance and took time off work to allow recovery, they called me at 16:45 the afternoon before the operation to advise it was cancelled as they only had 1 vet working! Awful service
