Amazing staff and vets, was so lovely to my dog ! And welcoming 🙏🏽 they always go the extra mile with my big baby and give him so much love and always make sure he is happy and comfortable! He is also recovering so fast after castration the incision is so neat and healing so well. They did an amazing job, definitely recommend and I personally think this is the best vets I have ever been to. ❤️

This has to be the worst vets ever. money grabbing!! that is all the care for making sure you pay a lot of money. the staff are nice at the front desk but one particular vet doesn’t care at all for our fur babies. my complaint is that i rang up on a Tuesday to order some meds for my nearly 19 year old cat. they said they would be in touch 24 hours. friday came and still not heard from them . i phoned them as asked if the meds were ready. i was told my cat needed to come in for a blood test. given that i was going on holiday on Monday for two weeks . i couldn’t bring my cat in for a test. i asked if they could prescribe the meds so my cat would have medication while we were away. the answer was no ! you need to bring him in for the blood test. i wrote a complaint letter straight away and then i got a text saying your meds are ready. i went to collect it and the was given a note to say we are no longer providing for your animal. i felt really stressed trying to get the meds as we had given them nearly a whole week to sort out. . i wanted to leave this vets as i was always the same story when trying to get medication that he had to come in for a blood test!! my cat had hyperthyroid was blind had high blood pressure and diarrhea. i was wondering if his quality of life was not so good anymore. but no they wanted to stick a needle in him to take his blood ever 3 tmonths just so the could charge me a lot of money. once i picked up a couple of blood pressure pills and cost me £6 for two tablets. it was always very hard to get meds prescribed here as they would never administer until he was given another blood test. once i was kicked out of there i found a wonderful vets who really cared for my kitty who didn’t see hundreds of pounds when i took him to her vets. medivets have no sympathy for your pets it’s all about the money!! this is the letter that was handed into me when collecting meds . how unprofessional!

I've been on hold for 1 hour and 35 mins. How is that even possible? If you're not there, maybe disconnect the phone or say to call back. Ridiculous.

Abso joke, next available appointment is next week but tells me they can't take on new patients when I tried to make a booking in 4 weeks time. Didnt't even have a solution just straight up no to booking in a new patient and told to go elsewhere. Don't understand why the receptionist even works there sounds like she hates her job and the least helpful offered no solution.

I booked an appointment for my French bulldog for a standard health check because I just wanted to make sure everything was up to date and my dog was fine in health. I was going to be late because Uber pet drivers kept cancelling my job so I called up to let them know I was going to be late and the receptionist said it was ok I spent £15 on a taxi there and when I got to this vets they said to me they can’t see me as there is an emergency going on in one of the rooms. The receptionist could’ve told me over the phone when I called her but she didn’t and plus some other staff member came and said to me that they wanted to reschedule for another day so I’ve came to the vets for nothing but a waste of time and a waste of money because I’ve got to spend more money to get back home now what an absolute joke The staff are polite like but just not that good at doing there job

This used to be much better when it was Zasman. Medivet put some prices up, they never answer the phone, they are always so late for appointments that we always have to reschedule (once charged us for a dose of vaccine they couldn't administer because they cancelled the appointment!). Staff is very nice though, but Medivet are just greedy and there to milk you.
