We are originally from London and in Faversham for a short while. My pet, little Pepper, had an operation complication and we took her to Medivet Whitstable on short notice and in a very poorly form. Joanna was attentive, reaasuring and extremely caring towards Pepper from the moment we stepped in. She was thorough and detailed in talking me through what had gone wrong, made sure that I was okay because when I arrived with Pepper, how sore she was, upset me deeply. She was prompt with follow-ups and Pepper loved her. I cannot recommend Medivet Whitstable and Joanna more highly. She has the most loving attitude towards little furry friends. Thank you so much 💗 Pepper is back in A1 condition

Great vets in Whitstable town centre. Always friendly and appointments are easy to book, and are usually on time (emergencies of course can sometimes get in the way, but they keep you informed). Joanna, who looks after my cat is really good, explaining things clearly, and as much as my cat doesn't enjoy going to the vets, it's never for too long and they have a separate waiting area for felines and their humans to help keep them a bit calmer before the appointment starts. Happy to recommend!

A very professional and easy experience from start to finish. We had arrived near Folkestone to travel to France without an animal health certificate for our dog. We knew that we could book one in Folkestone through Abbeywell, however, we didn’t realise how long the wait would be. I rang several vets in Whitstable as we were going up there for the day, and nobody , apart from Medivets were prepared to help us. From the lady on reception ( Lena?) , to the vet herself, Joana, we had a very easy, thorough and pleasant service. The certificate was explained fully to us and significant dates were pointed out to us. We would not hesitate to use this service again. Thank you .

We were looking to get a AHC. Our registered vet is Bearsted (which is equally as brilliant), they didn’t have a vet that could issue one, so they suggested the Whitstable branch. They accommodated our request in issuing the AHC within 3 hours of us making the phone call. Julii (one of the veterinary nurse) was brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable of the process. She arranged the appointment with the vet within hours of me phoning. The vet herself was absolutely great, fitting us in even though it was her last day before going on leave and at the end of a very busy day for her. Both our dogs were really comfortable with the staff. The practice is immaculate. I cannot recommmend this practice and Medivet in general for the excellent service we receive. Small but friendly practice, set up the medivet monthly plan, good value and takes the pressure off, my dog wasn't stressed or upset at all.

Wonderful experience! We were late as we were coming from Canterbury. Staff were waiting for us and helped us to park car. Our dog was given treats and treated with utter love. We were answered all questions and explained everything in details! So 5 stars from me and we are coming back!!! Thanks again!!!

I can't thank the staff or lovely lady vet who saw my cat, Lucy, at such short notice. Having previously been at another vet who wouldn't let me into the consultation with my cat, who gets very stressed around strangers and who always lashed out at them as a result, the vet at Medivet was really calm and patient with both Lucy and me, which in turn enabled Lucy to calm down quickly and resulted in a really positive treatment experience for her... we may have another consultation later this week, and I am pleased to say that I will have absolutely no anxiety or issue taking Lucy there again. Thank you all so much!!!
