Medivets is the best vets I’ve taken my pets to the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and always so kind and supportive They always explain everything to me about the animals problems and the medication they are given And their monthly payment plan saved me loads of money I wouldn’t go anywhere else

If you have chickens, I cannot recommend Medivet Wickford enough. Susanne is an absolutely fantastic vet and a lovely person. It’s very difficult to find a vet who treats chickens and even harder to find one who genuinely cares. Susanne was thorough, empathetic and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable, explained things very clearly, supported me through learning how to give my hen medication, explained her condition and all the options. If I had found Susi sooner I have no doubt my hen would have made it. Sadly it was too late for my hen (EYP that I didn’t catch early enough) but it brought me so much peace (after previously seeing multiple other vets for my other hens) having the certainty that Susi provided the best possible care. If you have chickens, especially ex-commercial hens I absolutely recommend Susi at Medivet Wickford.

Our pet has been backwards and forwards to the vet a lot over the past year visiting vetinary Megan who has been amazing with our little dog as well as supporting us throughout. The admin staff have also always been lovely and very helpful in making sure our claims have been put through to our pet insurers Thank you to you all Medivet Wickford.

I had to cancel twice for various reasons, it was no issue, no problem. I rang to rebook and got exactly when I wanted. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The vet was excellent with my dog, a very jumpy rescue.

Alf was suddenly taken ill, he was given the right care quickly and compassionately and is much better and we are very grateful. We always have a great experience with Medivet wickford.

The practice is amazing and the service provided is outstanding. The staff were all very easy to talk to and were able to help out - especially with the deal treatment we needed because our kitten was too small for the normal cat treatment. The ordering process for the treatment was super easy and it arrive the next day with a text message saying I could go and collect it. Couldn’t think of a better surgery to be registered with!
