Our practice is a Silver Award Standard Rabbit Friendly Clinic, awarded to us by the Rabbit Welfare Association. Rabbits are often misunderstood by clinics and owners, so we do our best to educate and offer the best care for them. This includes having the appropriate medication for them and providing dedicated appointment times where every effort is made to maintain a quiet, calm environment.

Vet not very friendly and cost was very high for a flea check. I was told I had to bring my cat to the surgery for a flea check which would cost £10 otherwise they wouldn't issue a repeat of her flea treatment. The total for the check plus flea treatment was £96. I don't believe that this was a reasonable cost.

Staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional, I have used Medivet when it was Zasman Vets Since 2016.

AVOID THIS VET Extremely disappointed with this Vet. They will use all the tactics to sale you their overpriced products and force you to pay every penny. They lied to me about a £13 a month products with no benefits and when I compline about it they force me to pay £105 cancellation fee. This Vet must be investigated and the authorities must make sure consumer act is protected.

They looked after Coco so well. She needed dental surgery and I was so nervous but it all went so well. All the staff involved have been great, polite and great with Coco. Mr Lionel was absolutely great throughout all consultations and eventual surgery. I am a highly anxious person, this place is very calm and treated me with care as well as Coco. Well done.
