Absolutely amazing vets wouldn't take my cat anywhere else outstanding treatment micheal and louis always have time to explain things to u about your cat thank u very much

Compassionate, and highly knowledgable they are the standards all vets should adhere to. I took both my cats here after having a terrible experience at other vets, one had high blood pressure, the other a very complex case of food intolerance and arthritis. Despite one now possibly needing palliative care they have done everything possible to give her the best quality of life.

Cardiff Cat Clinic is the UK's only practice specialising in only cats. This enables the staff to create a calm, peaceful environment which eases the anxiety of going to the vet. The staff are wonderful - wam, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have full confidence in the vets' professional knowledge and in their decisions on treatment. I am lucky to have this practice on my doorstep.

Having transferred from a different vets, after a terrible experience, the staff at the cats clinic, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made it very easy for us to transfer out cats to them. Which made booking an appointment easy. This was also really good because there was lots of availability and flexibility- which is brilliant for someone who is working, who does not drive, to make arrangements for appointments For the actual drop off/collection this was also really good because there was a good enough time range to allow for us to get there and collect outside of working hours. And we weren’t waiting for long to be seen either side. We had a really bad experience with our last vets and my boy Yoda, which I feel their lack of care, knowledge and them prescribing him a drug he had a bad reaction to & then them not even knowing it was that drug giving him the reaction and them wanting to be so quick to PTS, contributed to us losing him sadly to FLUTD. The loss of Yoda had a huge impact on my mental health and bringing my two new kittens to a vets was something that was really difficult for me to do. But I have to say the clinic made it a lot easier for me to do and I could tell as soon as we came into the waiting room the difference between the two vets was leagues. I’m very grateful to the clinic for looking after my babies so well and I’m so happy that should we ever need it, we are registered with the best vets in Cardiff. Click to Copy

I could not recommend The Cardiff cat clinic enough. The wonderful staff, the cleanliness and the care they provide for the cats is exceptional. They really are the best! I would never take my Nahla anywhere else. Thank you Cardiff cat clinic

Cardiff cat clinic is excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pet’s care. I know they do their very best for my cat’s health and well-being. Kitty has passed away since I first wrote this review. She was poorly for a long time but still enjoying life. Lois and Anne were the most compassionate people I could have asked for to deal with the decision to end her suffering when it was the right time.

What a wonderful clinic. Everyone is just so lovely. We decided to try the cat clinic after we were told by another vets in Cardiff that our cat was "too complicated" (he has a few chronic conditions). The whole team were so welcoming, and I thought Lois was the best vet I have ever seen (and I've seen a lot!). My very anxious cat was the most relaxed I'd ever seen him at a vets, and Lois was so gentle, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel in a much better place to manage my cat's health, and feel that he is in such good hands now.

Took my childhood cat into the clinic today to be put down, she was in such terrible pain and really had a wonderful life. The clinic did the best job, of making sure she had the most peaceful end and let me stay with her till the end. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, both of my cats had excellent end of life care there.

A place dedicated to just cats is bliss. The vet we had, Lois, is gentle, knowledgeable and so amazing. Taking our furry family to someone you trust is what makes this place great vet.
