Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to support our practices in Wexham, Ickenham and Denham.

This role works within our wonderful Watford region and to our 4-day rota with either Thursday or Friday off each week and 1:3 Sat or Sun, or 1:6 weekends.

About the role;

All three clinics feed into our 24-hour hospital in Watford where you will have direct access to medicine and orthopaedic certificate holders.

The hospital has a large caseload of complex medical cases and ops including total hip replacements and spinal surgery, access to digital x-ray, dental x-ray, laparoscopy.

This role requires a motivated vet with at least one years' experience and the ability to confidently work in a sole charge environment.

This role would be suited to an enthusiastic vet who's eager to prove themselves in a supportive role, playing a crucial part within the Medivet family and adding to our continued success story!

This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience with accommodation or £10.2k housing allowance, vehicle or £2.5k allowance, £1.5k CPD allowance with 3 days CPD leave and in-house training, RCVS, BVA and VDS fees paid.
