I initially qualified with a degree in Vet Medicine and went on to complete a masters in Dermatology; I’m currently studying for a degree in Oncology. I’ve been at the Forest Row practice since December 2011 and I’ve worked all over Europe and in a zoo in South Africa. Outside of work, I love archery, veterinary science and reading research papers. I also have eight rescue cats, three budgies and a cockatiel.

This Vets is so cool and so kind ; you can even get a tea while you wait. Reception are super-helpful; in person and on phone. Yesterday a nurse rang me straight back to give me urgent kitten advice. Then there’s Alex; I’ve been bringing my cats George & Laura to receive some Alex love for 2 years and he’s amazing; a ‘cat’ man; a cat whisperer; working on a deep instinct and compassion as well as brain knowledge; he’s always shown G & L the greatest respect and gentleness and also teaching me & my daughter about feline reproduction; which, if you don’t know, is fascinating. A wonderfully healing place for your beloved beasts!

Alex, Chris and his team go above and beyond every time. You feel like they really care about our animals not just about getting as much money as they can.

This is the only veterinary practice I trust. Everything is about what is best for the dog. Nothing unnecessary is ever pushed like it is at some other vets. Furthermore, the staff there are all lovely, and helpful and Alex is brilliant with our (and my Mum's) dog and always treats us and the boys with a personal touch.

Really caring vet practice. Don't just try to palm you off with drugs without having trying to diagnose the problem properly.
