Our dedicated 24-hour hospital here in Richmond provides your pet with the best possible care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our caring and compassionate team - led by partners and veterinary surgeons, Yorram, Alba, Aimee and Almudena - understand your pet is a beloved member of your family, and we are pleased to offer a full range of services and facilities to help your pet lead a long, happy and healthy life. We're here for you all day, every day, so feel free to give us a call or pop in to see us if you have a query.

    Our dedicated orthopaedic theatre allows us to deal with conditions involving your pet’s musculoskeletal system.

    An online, scientifically tested quiz that identifies how urgently your pet needs to see a vet.

  • Home Visits
    We are able to offer home visits if you find it difficult to get to our practice.

  • Disability Friendly
    Our practice features disabled access. If you have any specific requirements, please call us.

    We’re here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have internal round-the-clock care at our 24-hour​ practices.

We have our very own 24-hour veterinary clinic right here at our Richmond practice, where our dedicated team will provide your companion with round-the-clock care in an emergency.

Here, we have access to state-of-the-art equipment which allows us to provide your pet with the highest standard of care. We also have 24-hour access to your pet’s clinical records – through our integrated system – so we can update you on your pet’s progress whenever you feel the need.
