Took my pug here as he was unable to open his eye properly and clearly not himself. The reception staff were very professional. He was seen within the hour. Unfortunately we were unable to go into the practice due to the current social distancing restrictions however he was well looked after and their service was second to non. The vet and practice coordinator were fab and clearly explained their diagnosis and treatment plan. Thank you all.

My dog was taken in as an emergency. They diagnosed straight the way and operated. Now my dog is back to her normal self thanks to medivet.

Took my cat in because he was moping around, not his usual self at all. Really had no clue what was wrong with him. Unfortunately I could not go in to the surgery with him because of social distancing, however, once in he was seen quickly and I’m confident that the vet took good care of him. The vet came out and informed me of the diagnosis and potential treatment plan and gave me options. The vet stated my cat had some treats too which was a nice touch. My cat has come home with some pain killing medication to reduce his fever and he is already clearly feeling a lot better. I felt that the price was reasonable as well. Overall, I’m happy and, most importantly, so is the cat! 😸

Our dog ate an onion (cooked). We rang the 24 hour emergency number and attended the Birstall branch of our vets. They saw him within half an hour. They treated him quickly, efficiently and safely and we are truly grateful to them. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I couldn't have asked for more; it's so stressful to have a sick pet, especially OOH & even more so during C19 lockdown. It is also the same for those working at Vet practices, who may be short staffed & dealing with animals with no owner to restrain them or reassure them and will be anxious, plus the worry of C19. Despite emergency cases already being attended too, Luna recieved exceptional care & I was kept updated by friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care. I am happy to say Luna is now back at home purring her head off & looking so much better. Vets & Nurses, and all their staff, are as vital as the NHS & doing an incredible job during difficult circumstances; thank you all so much

My cavalier king Charles is currently in Medivet incredibly poorly being treated in the hospital and to say they've been wonderful would be the understatement of the century. Despite being in a really sad and awful situation, I have left feeling so grateful for the excellent care we have received. If you are looking for a vets who are both professional and talented but also compassionate and warm look no further. Whatever happens with Katie we are eternally grateful for your kindness and support. x
