I cannot fault their whole approach from the first phone call onwards in helping me through the process of putting our lovely springer. Scout, to sleep after 12 happy and healthy years. All done of course whilst coping with COVID restrictions.

Friendly staff, my rabbit is always more relaxed when he visits them, and not stressed, even after having his teeth trimmed.

A huge thankyou to Grove vets for seeing my pet bird today - I know he is classed as an exotic pet and not something that you specialise in, but you saw him anyway - I honestly wasn't expecting anything to be done, but Stefano (sorry if I've got the name wrong!) x rayed his wing, and was prepared to have a go at fixing it if broken - fortunately it wasn't. I suspect most vets wouldn't have done this, and the nearest specialist was too far for me to get to, so I am hugely grateful.
